The solution then is simple – don’t resist!

I love it that the universe is expanding at the speed of light, 186,000 miles per second and this is going on indefinitely. We know we have 300-400million suns in our own galaxy and that our nearest neighbour galaxy Andromeda, is 2.5 million light years away. It’s such a great thought to hold: that everything is racing away from us at the speed of light. Yet here I am in the middle of it all, standing on this little rock, and in spite of being surrounded by that force, I can’t feel any of it! What I can do though, is to find that expansion within me. As I change my beliefs and thoughts, my inner world has tremendous shifts, sometimes gentle and slow but often I feel ripped open. It is as if the universe is pulling me apart helping me to keep up with its expansion. All pain is a resistance to love and I have found the tighter I hold onto pain or suffering the more I suffer because I am resisting that universal expansion. It is as if the angels are saying come this way, join us. When I resist change and flow it hurts. The solution then is simple – don’t resist!

"Ask and it is Given is the roadmap to self-upliftment and a joyous life.”

One of my favourite books is ‘Ask and it is Given’ by Abraham Hicks.

I love the simple techniques they give to help change thinking from negativity to positivity. It really is easy the only thing you need to do is to apply the teachings, then watch your life transform.

My favourite teaching is the placemat lesson. Get a piece of paper. Divide it in half, write at the top of one half ‘My To do List’ then list all the things that you want to achieve today but make it manageable. Write only a few things that you really know you can get done. On the other half of the paper write ‘My Universal Managers list’ then list all the things on your mind that need doing. Hand it all over to your universal manager and let it go, knowing it will all get done in perfect timing and unexpected ways.

I find that my Universal Manager list tends to get done before my list! It really does work. Hand it over and watch that list get sorted easily and without any input from you!

No More Stories – Lets get to the truth!

I am keen to share my learning and understanding of the Abraham Hicks teaching and my monthly ‘undoing’ days in Haslemere are gathering momentum. We have been running for the last 9 months but new people are welcome anytime. We may need to get a larger venue as it is certainly gathering momentum. We are in the lovely Georgian House Hotel in Surrey which is the sweetest venue. However we are already out growing our little room.

We have achieved great things between us all over these last few months and thrash out blocks to our manifestation and peace. So far we have covered subjects such as money, addictions and health but this month we are looking at relationships which might bring up a few ‘ouch’ revelations for a few people.

I like to get to the core of issues fast and then work round how we can do the Abraham Gridwork to resolve them fast. No point lingering on our ‘stories’ any more, how do we get out of them? By focusing on the wanted and not the unwanted but first you need to know what the unwanted is…..

Manifesting Wonderful People Into My Life.

I get such a kick out of sharing the Abraham Hicks teachings and sharing how to manifest. When I started Zephorium I was determined that this was going to be run on the basis of the Abraham teachings. I have found whenever I relax that it flows in a beautiful and easy way. If I get uptight or worried it all slows down and becomes more difficult. I love allowing the flow to take over the business and see the teachings in action.
Through focusing on ease, flow, grace, fun and peace the most wonderful opportunities and people have flowed into my life in the most delicious way.

I am so blessed to be able to now employ Lauren Harrold who is the most lovely person you could wish to meet. I have always had a good work ethic and I have met my match with Lauren. She is my marketing manager, designer, organiser and all round help as we take the Zephorium range to the next level. I am totally delighted that she has agreed to work with me and am so excited to see what the next year brings. Thanks Lauren for being you and pulling me back into focus when I extend myself too far!
Other people are floating to me in unexpected and exciting ways and it is thrilling to see who arrives next and what they can offer me and I can offer them? I am loving this co-creating and now I ‘get’ how it works, life is becoming easier and easier.
